Q. Can I return or exchange the products that I ordered?
A. Purchases of FXR product through www.fxrracing.se can be returned by completing the Returns claim Submission to begin your returns claim. We are only processing Returns/Refunds we do not offer exchanges. For size/color/style exchanges please submit a new order.
Q. Is my credit card charged as soon as I submit my order?
A. Once you have purchased the items in your cart and received your order confirmation email, your credit card has been charged. Excluding payments processed through Klarna.
Q. What are my payment options?
A. We accept most major credit cards on our website. We also have the option of paying in installments with a third-party financial company. Debit Cards are NOT accepted as a form of payment on our website.
Q. Can I pay for my order with installments?
A. You may purchase your order through a third-party financial company called Klarna. This process will allow you to pay in four interest free installments. The amounts will be agreed upon through your contract with Klarna. Please contact Klarna for further information. Tel: 844-KLARNA1 (844-552-7621)
Q. How long before my order is processed?
A. Once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained, please allow up to 3 business days for processing, unless otherwise notified. (Process excludes Pre Ordered Items)
Q. What does Pre-Order mean?
A. Pre-order items are those that have not yet been released / arrived in stock but are available for purchase ahead of time. This allows us to allocate said item(s) from our incoming inventory to your order and is particularly helpful for reserving limited edition releases and other high demand items. Your pre-order item will appear on your confirmation email, with an estimated warehouse arrival date. Please note, these dates are subject to change.
Q. Can I change my shipping address?
A. For your safety, all orders are subject to a third-party e-comm verification process. As a result, we are not able to alter orders in any way once placed. We may be able to cancel the order and refund, so you may place a new order with the correct address – please submit a request via chat on the lower right of the screen, or email email@example.com
Q. Can I request a specific courier for delivery?
A. You may request a specific courier for your delivery by adding an “Order Note” at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate where possible but cannot guarantee carrier availability.

Q. I forgot to apply/add my discount code to my order before submitting.
A. If the order has not been shipped, we can cancel/refund your order, you may then place a new order and make sure to include your discount code. If your order has shipped, discount will not be applied after the fact.
Q. Why haven’t I heard back regarding my Moto application?
A. Once you have submitted your application directly on our website, you will receive an autoreply email that confirms that we have received your application and is currently in our reviewing process. Please note that this reviewing process can take up to 4 weeks.
